Karlin left her job as a investigating officer to persu a baking career. She baked buttercream and fondant birthday cakes and cupcakes successfully for a years. Then she opened a pottery studio but missed the love that only cooking and baking could give. Alongside the pottery, she started kids cooking classes out of her kitchen, teaching kids the basic skills they need to help themselves in the kitchen. All the recipes in this book, was tested, adjusted and perfected by small hands in her home kitchen.
